The Role
As a Talent Operator, you are the engine of the marketplace. You will run full-cycle recruiting for the company's partners while actively stress-testing its internal AI and tooling. You will be on the front lines, mastering the recruiting landscape before moving into broader operational or leadership roles. Once you master the landscape, your scope grows based on where you spike best, whether that is account management, working with the recruiter network, or scaling internal systems. This is a role for someone who loves to win, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to see their direct impact on the company's bottom line every day.
Compensation
Base $80,000-$110,000; total comp (OTE) about $140,000-$170,000+, with uncapped earnings. Earnings-based compensation is directly tied to revenue generated from successful placements.
