The Role
The company is seeking AI Engagement Managers to own strategic relationships with its largest property management customers and drive large-scale AI implementations across complex portfolios. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a seasoned enterprise implementation leader who can operate from C-suite strategy down to end-user change management at startup pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle AI product implementations across large property management portfolios, managing discovery, scoping, weekly PMO calls, monthly steering committees, and launch
- Drive pilot conversions and portfolio expansion across accounts with 16,000+ units, running 90-day pilots and phased rollouts across multiple products
- Own a book of 5-10 high-value strategic accounts with $8-12M+ book sizes, managing change management and adoption at scale
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers on technical integrations and custom implementations
- Lead data-driven performance reviews and strategic conversations that tie AI outcomes to client KPIs, to drive expansion and deepen product adoption
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise software implementation, customer success, or management consulting, with a $5M+ book size
- Led large-scale enterprise software implementations through the full lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, change management, and adoption
- Project management of complex, multi-stakeholder technical implementations
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS product configuration
- Change management expertise: driving adoption from the C-suite to end users
- Strategic account management experience at a startup or high-growth tech company preferred
