The Role
The firm is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and two to eight years of litigation experience to join the Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office. It is an excellent opportunity to build litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility
- Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work
- Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience (required)
- Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing
- Registered with the New York Federal Courts
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology in legal practice
