About the Company
A seed-stage company (founded 2023) that began by helping founders through company shutdowns and has since expanded into a new revenue stream: sourcing the real, proprietary operational data that frontier AI labs need for their next generation of models. It partners directly with essentially all of the frontier labs, frontier data labelers, and RL environment teams. The company has grown from $0 to a multi-million run rate in months, is backed by top-tier investors, and recently raised again. It is a rare ground-floor seat at a category-defining business, and the team is more than doubling, with roughly 14-15 additional engineers planned.
The Role
As Business Development Representative (Wind-Down), you are the first point of contact for founders going through one of the hardest moments in their company's life. You build a qualified pipeline for the Wind-Down Account Executives and hold a high standard in every interaction. You do not join prospect calls yourself; your job is to book qualified meetings for the AEs to run. It is a high-volume, high-quality motion: relentless outbound while keeping every conversation extremely high quality, because the people on the other end are founders under real pressure.
You sit inside a small wind-down pod alongside two Account Executives, partnering on sourcing, strategy, and deal handoff, and you report directly to the Founder. It is a genuinely empathetic sales role rather than a hard-sell one, and it rewards reps who can stay relentless through hundreds of no's while remaining sharp, credible, and human.
